Meet Michelle McRaney de Winder, an ELAP Coordinator in Lima, Peru!

Michelle graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a focus on International Management. Her education abroad includes one semester of International Business in Caen, France and nine months of Spanish and International Management in Monterrey, Mexico. Her personal travels include trips through Peru, England, and Scandinavia. Since the summer of 1998, Michelle has led LPI and ISA group trips to Guanajuato, Mexico; Salamanca, Spain; Granada, Spain; Santander, Spain; Sydney, Australia; and Santiago, Dominican Republic. Recently married to a Limeño, Michelle now lives in Lima, Peru and is excited about sharing the Peruvian culture and cuisine with the ISA students and helping them adjust to life in Lima.
